If you aren't getting a sweet block we have a few tips for you to try! First, make sure that you're chewing the gum only for about 30 seconds (or until the flavor goes away). Second, we recommend doubling the serving (chewing 2 pieces of gum) in order to get a stronger block. Many customers have found these tips very helpful in stopping their sugar cravings and lowering sugar intake 😊
