You placed your order after our cut off time on Friday meaning that you parcel was not picked and packed until Monday. This is a 'next working day' service as we advertise. There is also a handy timer on all our product pages that will tell you when you should expect your items. We are closed over the weekend and we make this very clear in our delivery terms and by displaying the timer on the product pages.
Your parcel was shipped on the 10th on a next working day service which should have been delivered on the 11th. It looks like UKmail delayed your parcel for 1 day. Apologies for this. I will refund your next working day payment as they did not deliver.
