Hi, first complaint is that you have an European Union country like Croatia under Rest of the World which is in no way fair and correct.

Good afternoon - Please accept my apologies for any confusion caused by Serbia being listed incorrectly in our ROW site. We are currently reviewing the location of a number of countries and will update the site accordingly. As a bonus though, all ROW countries are exempt from VAT charges but once we have made the changes, Serbia will subjected to VAT as per EU tax laws. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience but many thanks for bringing the error to our attention.

I can't believe that you are here mentioning Serbia, and still don't know I'm talking about Croatia!!! A country that belongs yo the EU, while Serbia is not in the EU! I' m not mad, just disapintes with this kind of response
