We are very sorry, due to the current circumstances with the Covid-19, we do apologise there has been a slight delay in your delivery.We are trying our best to keep to our usual deliveries at a high standard. And with our stores being closed at this moment in time, there has been a high density in sales so there is a slight delay in our shipping process. However, we are now back on track and our deliveries are now arriving to our customers time and meeting our normal shipment proximity times as shown on our delivery information page on our website. I have checked your order and on the DPD website tracking information it is showing your parcel has now arrived to you. Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour votre réponse mais elle ne me convient pas. Votre transporteur indique : "17 Apr 2020 14:59 Sunspel We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel". Je n'ai depuis aucune nouvelle de sa part. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande du 13 avril dernier.
C’était ma première commande chez Sunspel et en plus en ligne. Les guides des tailles sont précis et les vêtements sont aussi qualitatif que la marque est renommée. J’ai même craqué pour deux...
