We hadn't received any email from yourself regarding these issues and therefore we were unable to help. We take our customer service very seriously and we are always here to help, but we can not help if we don’t know about the problem. I have checked the refund status for you and can see the refund was processed on 2nd May 2023 and I have conatcted you directly via email to see if we can resolve this issue.
