Quick and easy web site with efficient follow up email to confirm booking. Shame no mention of welcome hamper or tea / coffee facilities. Never used Suffolk hideaways before so unsure what to expect...

Thanks for your feedback regarding your booking. Generally, we ask that homeowners supply a small welcome pack for our guests and we are always very happy to advise on what guests may expect when they arrive. For your booking at The Gildhall there will be some staples such as fresh milk, a loaf of bread, butter, marmalade and cereal. The house has tea, coffee and sugar available along with washing up liquid, hand soap and some dishwasher tablets.
