Not very happy

Please send your items in a box.
It might be a good idea to post your goods in a box. Paid 300 euro for a dress and it arrived very creased. Still between 2 minds if I should keep it. Its a real turn off when you open the package...

Bad packaging, dress creased like an old rag.
