Your Iron on Labels are a permanent label, so you should not be experiencing any issues with them peeling or not adhering to the fabric at all. This is very strange, so to assist you further, I have contacted you directly with some tips and application instructions that may assist the life span of our label. I have also contacted you in the same email, regarding your bag tag. The quality does not seem up to standard, and we would love to have this replaced for you. I can arrange this upon your response. One suggestion that might help is if you try and use a browser other than Internet Explorer such as Google Chrome and clear your cache. (google for tips on how to do this if you are not sure).
