I started the process on New Years Eve at the standard level, within 14 days we had some excellent photos showing the best bits, and hiding the rest, within 28 days, I had run an open house with 42 visiting parties, 86 people in 2.5 hrs then received 7 offers that weekend and am proceeding with one. All in one month - thank you! Prior to this I was concerned it wouldn't sell. Right price, right place, right time.
