The ring was stunning! It was a completely off the wall custom design but they managed it so well! Had so many people asking where we got it and telling us they’re rethinking their own plans 😂
Max at the hale branch was very good. Gave us time to browse and ask questions and didn’t rush us out of the shops as most shops did.

Very friendly and helpful. They have recently designed and made a lovely ring from 2 pre loved rings I have I inherited. The final piece is beautiful and high quality, also reasonably priced.
