Hi there, We're really sorry to hear that there have been issues with your delivery. As this has been through our courier, we aren't able to comment on the exact circumstances, but I can see that there have been two attempts to deliver your order. As these weren't successful, the courier sent three emails (one on 26/10 and two on 31/10) with a link to re-arrange delivery. I'll also include the link for you below. All you need to do is enter your postcode with the following consignment number — 0200262 https://www.apccalled.com Should you require any further assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me (Chris) at chrisn@stephensons.com or 0161 483 6256. Many thanks, Chris North Customer Services Manager

Hi there, Thanks so much for your feedback. You're right, a few lemon squeezers certainly don't need a great big box. Apologies for the excessive packaging! Please be assured that this isn't our standard delivery size for smaller items. We've checked our stock of smaller packaging materials and the warehouse team has been reminded of our expectations for deliveries. Thanks again, Chris North Customer Services Manager
