We are sorry that the items did not reach you in the best possible condition and we have now changed how we package crockery items to try and reduce the breakage risk further. It is always great to hear about the performance of our catering equipment and we are particularly pleased that the disposable glasses you purchased proved to be a hit with your customers. We are aware of various disposable glasses on the market, however, as with all of the products that we include in our catalogue, we spend a lot of time and effort to ensure that we select products that fit our customers’ requirements. We are currently in the process of compiling our 2014 catalogue and are keen to listen to all of our customers’ feedback with regards to product performance, which proves to be valuable when selecting next year’s equipment.
