When I called to ask about options I received the best support every. The teams there are primarily ostomates also so they are speaking from experience.
The product is absolutely terrific. Makes me feel more secure and eliminates the discomfort from allowing the bag to hang, especially when NOT empty. I wear mine all day and when sleeping.
