Good communication by phone to set up and renew policy, but I renewed whilst abroad and asked to renew online and received no reply to my email. Originally I had tried to complete the transaction...

Helpful, polite and honest that's why I will continue to use them.
I had asked for confermation that my email with attached documents had been received and did not receive a reply. Also I requested copy of policy and did not receive it.
