Thank you for your feedback. We do not have a facility for online renewals, however, I can confirm that you were informed you could take a new policy online and we would process it as a renewal. Documents are required each year regardless of how the policy is renewed.

All seems well and easy and corespondents with them I thought was helpful. And I would recommend them. As for would I use them again, the price will probably go up and I will have to change as I do...
