Good service. Wasn't that pleased with the product.
Good customer service (they very kindly allowed me to return something beyond their returns period. However the baby wrap wetsuit rubbed my son's neck quite badly.

Medium splashabout wetsuit
Website works well, lovely item, not sure on sizing. I spent a lot of money getting this and although my baby is 6m old I don't think she has many more wears out of it.

Despite order the next size up costume for my daughter the costume was far too small for her and the item had to be returned. Saying that we got a refund very quickly.
