Good product and glad to help the SPCA

It's a great product except it doesn't have some of the everyday cover components that other insurance providers have. But it does look after the important stuff.

Friendly and helpful.

My payment wouldn’t work online so I rang the number and the lady who was dealing with me was super helpful and had everything sorted over the phone in around 10 mins.

Good staff, good terms, good follow-up

Friendly staff, clear and easy to understand terms and conditions, and great follow up to queries. Would be good to have the option of email communication when in poor signal areas verses only doing...

No one contacted me so i called and spoke to some in AU - they were not able to help since NZ team had gone home 😂! Are you sure our claims won’t be handled the same way!?!
