The service was good and very helpful.
However the repair company let the experience down

Good morning Mr Kalair.
Thank you for your comments which are appreciated. I have reviewed your claim. Apologies if you feel that you did not receive responses in a timely manner. This issue will be addressed with the relevant file handlers.
Just to clarify on the Guaranteed Hire Vehicle policy cover that you have. It does provide you with a Licensed vehicle for up to 28 days but not for supplementary costs such as re-plating.
As you had the vehicle for 23 days you are still entitled to a further 5 days during the current insured period, if required, for fault accident related reasons if you have not already used any other days.
