Sorry you’re unhappy. All our prints are hand framed in the USA and the UK, as is made clear on our website, and are made from scans of the original negative. Frames are taped at the back and certified, this is industry standard. I’m not sure why you’d need to use wet wipes on the back of your framed print, but we’d advise against it.
