Thank you for your feedback, it is frustrating when deliveries don't reach expectation. I have looked into your order and have noted that your confirmation showed a 5-7 day delivery lead time, your delivery did arrive sooner than that so on this occasion we were earlier than the stated time frame. We do our absolute best to keep our web listings and customers updated on when to expect their goods, I'm sorry if you feel this was not enough and I hope if we serve you again in the future you have a better experience.
