Thank you for your feedback. I've looked in to this communication concern and can see an email sent on Saturday and again today requesting invoicing information. Unfortunately both contacts emailed have been out of the office today with limited access to emails. I've been informed an email has now been sent confirming where to send your invoices. We apologise for this delay and will work to ensure clearer and closer communication going forward.
