Thanks for your feedback. We do everything we can to try and get passengers to the airport for the scheduled time.  Unfortunately this can mean on occasion that you need to leave earlier (when we know there will be delays caused by snow). Apologies that this resulted in slightly less skiing time, but better this than missing your flight we like to think...

Thanks for your feedback.  We regret that you didn't receive the great service that we are proud to offer to customers.  We work with local companies, and we provide all the information needed to meet the transfer along with your booking confirmation. If people don't read this information then it is very difficult for us to accommodate this sorry.  Delays do happen in the mountains due to snow and traffic in particular.  Unfortunately drivers do have a legal requirement (just like in the UK) to take a break - and if there are excessive delays beyond our control then we cannot break the law, even if it means another delay to the journey sorry.

Thanks for your feedback.  I just want to start by saying that we have never received an email or any communication from you regarding your journey before this point.  I have checked back on your journey and you had a 10:45 departure from Val d'Isere for a 20:00 flight out of Geneva airport. Delays on this day were so bad due to the number of vehicles on the road.  It is very unfortunate that you missed your flight and, like every customer, we want to produce a perfect service for you.  Unfortunately though, if our bus is stuck in gridlock traffic on the one road down the mountain there is very little that we can do sorry.  

Thanks for the feedback.  Our shared transfer service is a bus service that runs hundreds of people around the mountains on a timetable.  We do try to predict the weather beforehand, but unfortunately this is not always possible sorry.  We have made improvements to our planning procedure so that anyone we have concerns over missing their flight is now moved to an earlier bus, but often this also results in unhappy customers - so we are in a difficult situation really.  Again, we do everything we can to complete journeys in regular times, but bad weather and the results on the roads cannot always be accurately predicted which leaves us in a difficult situation.  We are sorry you missed your flight though - and we have made improvements to avoid this situation in the future.

Hi Hernan. We're sorry you had issues with your departure from Geneva airport.  The airport can get crazily busy on a Saturday and that is why we move the reps to outside the Montreux Jazz Cafe. We will work on making them more noticeable in the future though. As strange as bureaucratic problems sounds - Geneva airport sometimes choose to make things a little more difficult for transfer companies by checking paperwork, etc. We have no worries as everything is in order, but I know that this was the reason for your bus hold-up on this occasion sorry.
