Thank you for the feedback. Our checkout system calculates the number of parcels required to despatch your order based on their weight and volume. If it is over the maximum weight/size allowed it asks that you phone us for a quote to delivery your order. I am sorry that you did not get the help you required over the phone. We are looking to improve this part of our checkout system and make it easier to use.
