Highly Recommend
Very competitive . Brilliant communication and items received promptly. Extremely happy. Looking forward to trying the feed once my horse returns from hospital .

excellent service.
They are doing the best they can under the current very difficult circumstances. Easy to order online an click and collect was both efficient and safe. Staff are doing a great job.

stock mismanagement and high delivery charges
After placing my order I was advised that some of the products that I wanted (and were the sole reason for placing the order) were actually out of stock. This left me paying the high delivery charges...

This reply was sent to , "Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, due to a stock error, we do not have the the raw boost chicory you have ordered. Please accept our apologies for this mistake. We have refunded to £..... to your .........account. " but Sadly we do not live in a perfect world, things go missing, you ordered 5kg and that is the cost of sending via parcel force. I can only send our apologies again.

We are very sorry there was a stock error but we feel it is best to refund the item, we do not keep people's money as we never know how long stock will take to come back into stock especially during these difficult times. We still sadly, do not have this item in stock. Thank you for your review .
