We do apologise if you felt this year we were not offering the personal touch, this is certainly not the case as we pride ourselves in our customer service and communication. We are however trying as a company to be more Eco friendly by offering our customers the option to receive their documents via the on line portal at a discounted rate. We do appreciate that not all our customers want to receive their documents this way so there is the option to still receive your policy documents through the post. I have removed the charge for this and sent your documents 1st class post today.
