Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry that UPS lost your package. Carriers have been extremely overwhelmed, balancing COVID and holiday shipments. We’ve experienced several packages delayed and/or lost as a result. Once we were notified that your package was lost, we filed a claim immediately and reshipped your order at no additional charge.
