Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry that UPS lost your package. Carriers have been extremely overwhelmed, balancing COVID and holiday shipments. We’ve experienced several packages delayed and/or lost as a result. Once we were notified that your package was lost, we filed a claim immediately and reshipped your order at no additional charge. As of now, your replacement package is expected to be delivered tomorrow (12/18/20) Tracking #1Z0111X20344768798. My apologies, Tina. In your comment, you mentioned "CaviWipes", but I see you actually ordered CaviWipes1, which we do not have those in stock.
