When an order for needles is placed through a retail or guest account — especially when shipping to a residential address — our team must obtain documentation confirming licensure or dry needling certification before releasing the order. Our client support team reached out shortly after your order was placed to request this documentation. Once the appropriate credentials were received on March 12th, the order was immediately released to our warehouse and shipped the same day. We understand that waiting for an order can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we completed the required verification process. These safeguards help ensure that restricted medical products are distributed only to qualified practitioners, in accordance with federal and state regulations.
