Thank you for taking time to provide a review. We are saddened to learn you are disappointed with the speed of our basic delivery service which is 3 - 7 working days. I have looked into this and can see that you ordered at 7pm on Friday 20th December and unfortunately this was past our cut off date for pre-Christmas deliveries using our basic service. However, from looking at your tracking results I can see that your order was delivered 3 working days after your order date - which was well within the basic delivery time slot you selected at the time of ordering.
