Thanks for the positive feedback on SkiYodl. I'm glad to hear it all worked out in the end but sorry to hear about your problems in resort. We've fed this back to the agency in Val d'Isere to help them improve their service going forwards.

Thanks for the good feedback! We're currently working on integrating the linen and other essentials into the total price as default for UK customers as we realise bringing bed sheets is not high on packing priorities. So hopefully this will be smoother going forwards!
