Supplements will also vary dependent on the flight route and room type that you have selected. I booked through Ryan who was professional and polite throughout the booking process and went the extra mile to find me two flights from gatwick which weren't originally available.
Because the booking was quite complex I had to ring the office rather than booking on line. The person handling the call was helpful and managed to deal with all our issues.
