Thanks for the feedback,it is always gratefully received however I would like to explain how the policy we choose was the right one for the 65 days of skiing you planned this season
The Bronze policy you identified online, was not fit for purpose because although the max trip length was 32 days per trip it only covered a maximum of 21 days skiing during the 12 months of cover. This amount came nowhere close to the 65 days you needed and would have required the purchase of additional cover for the remaining 44 ski days.
The policy we did select although more expensive, covered you for unlimited trips up to 45 days of skiing per trip which was more than enough to cover any trip you planned during the year.
I hope that having explained the reason why, you will upon reflection, review your Star rating because there was no issue between the online quotes and the advice given by the chat team, just an adjustment to the correct cover based on your particular needs.
