I am sorry to hear of this. Looking at your account I can see that you placed your order in the evening of the Tuesday 27th July, and it was dispatched on the Wednesday 28th July from us and collected by the delivery company. We advise a delivery time of 2-3 working days after dispatch, excluding weekends, for the standard delivery which was opted for on your parcel, and I can see it was delivered on the 3rd working day; Monday 3rd July.
