I can confirm that we are not a scam. We sent you an email on the 9th May detailing the despatch of your item and shipping information to your email address. I am afraid that this email may have gone into another folder of your email account. I will email you now from my own account in hopes that you will receive this email as I do not want to post your details on here. I have tracked your item via the Royal Mail website and the last update was on Monday 15th stating that your item has arrived in San Francisco. I would check your local depot if your item has not yet arrived with you. Items from the UK do take a little longer than normal to be delivered to the US.
