Thank you for your feedback with regards to your items purchased in February , we are extremely sorry to hear that lost this item, this is a chain that we have been selling for many years which is fitted with a s clasp design to hook into the adjoining loop. Due to this type of design a strong clasp is fitted by the supplier that would just need a gentle squeeze to hold the loop into the clasp. We would never recommend that this is pulled apart or heavily squeezed as that would cause a stress breakage. As per our email correspondence we did agree that you should have not kept wearing it if you felt there was a problem but to contact us in the first instance of noticing a problem. As you chose not to contact us and to continue to wear it knowing that it was falling off we cannot be held responsible for the item being lost. Kind regards Jane@Silver by Mail
