Recenze společnosti Shuttle Direct United Kingdom

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. The transfer took longer than expected because the service booked was a shared shuttle transfer, which includes additional pick-ups and drop-offs for other passengers along the route. This can make the journey from Barcelona to Cambrils considerably longer than a private transfer. We completely understand that spending around 3 hours on the journey was frustrating, and we’re sorry that the transfer did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us improve our service and communicate journey times more clearly to our customers.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this situation. Please be assured that we are currently handling your complaint and have contacted the relevant service supplier to investigate the matter. We are awaiting their feedback and will get back to you as soon as we receive an update. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime. We truly appreciate it.
