We are sorry to hear that our service wasn't carried out and we were unable to arrive before 13:00 on the day you requested. For every service we deliver we will always do our utmost to arrive at a specific time frame if requested. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, on this certain day due to road traffic and a busy previous job we were unable to arrive before lunch and for that we apologise.
