Hi there,I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you faced on the day of your collection.I have looked into this for you and can see that our driver did arrive at your site at 8.56am, just before the opening hours we have for you on our system (9am-5pm). I understand my colleague issued you an estimated time of arrival of between 9.30am and 11.30am and so we did arrive just outside of this ETA. We do offer these estimated times of arrival as a rough guide, as routes can change slightly on the day depending on a number of factors such as traffic for example. I do sincerely apologise in this case that we did not communicate this effectively and that we arrived before you were expecting us.We would like to make this right by arranging a collection for any items we may have missed last time.If you could give us a call on 0800 035 3395, we will book this in for you ASAP.Kind regards,Emily at Shred Station

Hello Aygul, I'm so sorry to hear about this. We would never normally offer such a small time slot, as routes and circumstances can change on the day, which seems to be what has happened in this case. I must also sincerely apologise that you didn't receive a call until our driver was already at your site. Again, this is extremely abnormal for us, and drivers are instructed to call an hour before arrival when requested. We do pride ourselves on our customer service and are incredibly sorry to have fallen short on this occasion. We would like to make things right, and return to collect the materials we missed last time. Please do let us know if this would be suitable and we can get something booked in ASAP.
