Secondly, please accept our apologies that your questions were not answered during your email exchange. With regards to how big a box is, we tend to be quite flexible as there are so many different dimensions that boxes come in, but as a baseline, we would work on a box being c.40cm2.
Regarding providing a specific time of arrival, this is something we are not always able to guarantee. We optimise our routes to reduce our environmental impacts, and factors such as traffic or last-minute route changes mean it isn't always possible to issue a specific collection time. We apologise if this was not communicated effectively prior to your collection.
