Thanks for the reply. It's not that I was inconvenienced - it's just a knife after all - it's that I really try and support Australian retailers (I'm making an assumption that Your Home Depot is based in Australia) rather than using Amazon or international retailers. But when I could order and have delivered products from overseas retailers more quickly and with more communication throughout the process that a local retailer, my loyalty fades.
