Thanks Elizabeth, it’s been 9 days and no phone call. If I missed a call there was never a message left. This would have to be some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We purchased a similar set from MYER yesterday for the same price and they made it home okay as they were packaged correctly to begin with. I feel that after delayed shipping, no response to my complaint and not being able to give the gift on Christmas Day has resulted in a terrible experience. I understand that it is Christmas but surely something could have been done to assist us by now.
Delievery was a few weeks late. The wine glass that I ordered arrived broken.
