Excellent service.
Quick delivery and what I ordered.They need to have words with there parcel carrier who dropped it of 2 doors away after knocking on the door and walked off with out checking if any one answered.

Easy to place an order online, when things didn't go quite right Liz was brilliant and sorted me out very quickly. Couldn't fault the customer service or the products. Will definitely use them again

Good experience hadn’t got tank I wanted but had one similar and was slightly cheaper so with the difference in price was able to get pump heaters media and chemicals so worked out well just waiting...

Very pleased with it all. Well packaged. Delivery driver put it in the porch as was requested. I ws kept updated att all times about what was happening.
