Bad experience!

Some time ago I accidentally broke a glass pane in the cooker.! I was told by this company that it wasn't FIXED GLASS so I had to buy a new cooker in my static holiday home. Waste of insurance...

We are very sorry to hear this. The level of cover you selected did not include coverage for the cooker glass as explained at point of sale. However we understand that a discretionary payment was agreed to support your claim but we didn’t receive the evidence requested. We hope the matter was settled to your satisfaction.
