Abominable

We sold our caravan and tried to advise Shield. Unfortunately I got a very rude lady who refused to cancel the renewal as the insurance was in my partners name. I advised her that I was a joint owner...

We are very sorry you feel this way. However we cannot cancel a policy with anyone other than the policyholder or joint policyholder due to data protection regulations. These rules are in place to protect our customers.
