Booking confirmation should be made much clearer stating exactly what the holiday includes. For example I paid an additional £20 for drink vouchers in the hotel. The confirmation did not make clear...

Thank you for your feedback. It does state in our brochures and on line that a weekend plus break offers drinks vouchers on the Saturday and so I am sorry that you were unaware. I will pass your comments on for consideration.

I accept this info may be in your brochures but our booking was a late booking following an email from Shearings. The info therefore somehow got missed. The point I am making is this info should be mentioned on Shearings confirmations, when checking into the hotel and it should be printed on the vouchers. I still have the vouchers to prove there is no mention of the vouchers having to be used on the Saturday. We found the bar staff unsympathetic when we explained we had no idea we could only use on Saturday. For personal celebratory reasons, we planned to use the vouchers on the Sunday hence why we were so disappointed.

Would recommend them again. The staff make every effort to find a single room at a place I’d like to visit. Unfortunately many hotels do not have single rooms or they come at a premium.

Rubbish. The system used to be good but now it is rubbish. It doesn't show available holidays correctly and it it doesn't allow you to put more than one choice at a time. IT NEEDS SORTING OUT
