Friendly and trustworthy.
It was very good. I prefer to speak someone rather than on the net. This is easy and convenient and personal.

not too bad, but showing on the website the locations of rooms within the hotel would have been helpful in deciding whether to upgrade or not, before making the booking

I am sorry that you found the wait at the interchange disappointing. We do use interchanges in order to open up the holiday to a wider audience and so I am sorry for any delay you experienced.
