Specifically requested quiet room as I do not sleep well and was put at the front of the building which is on a busy road, so constant traffic noise. Otherwise OK.

Good Service but improve the hotel structure
Customer service was excellent. Food was OK for the type of hotel/service but the hotel clearly needs some updating and maintenance. For example our top opener wouldn't close fully and some of the...

Won't stay at the Windermere again
Booking was easy . The food at the hotel was really poor . We stay quite regular at your Torbay hotel in Torquay . Much better food there

Booking with website is difficult
I regularly use Shearings over last 22 years. Friendly clean meals acceptable. Note first time in 22 years Sunday lunch did not have roast beef.
