We are sorry to hear you felt you were given different information? It would be helpful to know what this was in relation to so we can ensure all information given is correct. I'm also sorry you found the food options to be limited. Bakotu pride themselves on offering freshly cooked food to order, rather than your typical buffet or standard meal options. It is one of the aspects of the hotel that sets them apart from others. I'm pleased to hear however, you enjoyed many of the other aspects of your stay such as the friendly staff and its peaceful setting.

The Gambia Experience made contact with you as soon as they were made aware by Kombo Beach of the overbooking. Situations such as these are very rare fortunately and we do apologise you were so disappointed by this. I'm pleased you enjoyed your stay, however, and enjoyed Kombo Beach's fantastic location as well as the food and friendly staff.
