Thank you for your feedback and honest review of your time at Kombo Beach. I am sorry to hear a few elements were disappointing to you. I hope you had an otherwise enjoyable stay.

This is fantastic to hear! We are delighted that the few points of refurbishment have not gone unnoticed and have made a positive impact to an already great hotel. Thank you for your feedback.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed by a few elements and I will certainly look into your points for recommendation. I hope despite this you enjoyed your stay.

I am so pleased to hear the staff continue to be friendly and attentive, despite the hotel itself showing some signs of wear and tear. Thank you for your honest review.

Wow it is so wonderful to hear that after 23 years you continue to love Kombo Beach Hotel Mrs Barclay! You are so valued as a customer of ours and we hope to continue welcoming you back for as long as possible.

This is great to hear, we are so pleased you had a good stay at the wonderful and ever popular Senegambia.

This is great to hear! We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and found everything to be of a high standard, this is exactly what we wish for our customers. I hope we can welcome you back sometime, thank you for the 5 stars.

I'm delighted to hear you found the staff friendly and helpful, they really do care about customer's comfort and enjoyment. I'm sorry you were disappointed with there being no alcohol free beers/spirits. All drinks are imported to The Gambia and are of a significant cost, therefore unless there is a higher demand for these, it is unlikely these will be made available, unfortunately. It is a valued comment however and something we will monitor. Thank you for your feedback.
