Generally rather good. We did have to make changes and then they suggested others. The itinerary produced was very poor in presentation. It looked like an internal document and we had to retype it !...

Excellent booking service. We booked a year ahead and requested same room as last year which we didn't get but room 626 was just as good. The team take care of everything
