I appreciated that the booking service listened to what we wanted and between us put together dates and flights after a few attempts that suited us.

The Cape Verde Experience

Thank you for your feedback and we hope you enjoyed Cape Verde and the carnival celebrations. We were unaware that the hotel opens to the public on the 2 main carnival days or that music is played until the early hours. As a result of your comments, we have updated the information shown on our website.

Co říká Mr Hamilton-Foyn o The Cape Verde Experience:
The advice and support were first rate and arrangements worked well.
The whole experience was excellent apart from an initial hiccough when we were mistaken with another client who lives in our village and has the same postcode. It meant a delay in initial paperwork...
Holiday was well organised from booking to travelling to onsite assistance.
I normally don’t travel with packaged holidays but will definitely use their services again.
Thank you for your comments and I note the positives and negatives of your stay. The Hilton hotel is new this season and I am sure they will continue to make improvements following feedback from guests.
Efficient booking service, documents provided were all accurate and came in a timely fashion. Arrangements on the ground, through Barracuda Tours, all went very smoothly
The entire operation was simple and seamless. Any queries were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The booking staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable
As a specialist operator we are proud of our 26 years’ experience in West Africa, and we believe we can offer the best range of holidays to the Cape Verde.
